2. Service description
Jose is a personal assistant accessible via WhatsApp, Telegram, and the web app. The service uses artificial intelligence to respond to messages, create reminders, and support day-to-day tasks.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Jose to:
- Generate illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
- Circumvent technical restrictions or access unauthorised systems.
- Send spam or bulk messages.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
4. Account and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use: [email protected].
5. Plans and payments
The Starter plan is free. Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed as selected at subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period — no pro-rata refunds, except where required by law.
6. Availability
We strive to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
Jose provides general assistance information. It does not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on the assistant's responses.
8. Intellectual property
Content Jose generates for you is yours. The Jose brand, software, and technology belong to Jose Technologies Ltda.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Chosen jurisdiction: courts of São Paulo, SP.
